Shipping costs
Shipping cost depends on the order value:

Items larger than 20 × 20 × 20 cm count as bulky goods and may carry a shipping cost different from the table above — bumpers, exhaust systems, roof boxes and wheels, for example. We always tell you the actual shipping price before dispatch, and you decide whether to proceed. See Terms & Conditions for how the contract is formed.
Delivery time
Products in stock are normally delivered within 2-5 business days. Products ordered from suppliers may take longer.
You will always receive a confirmation with a tracking number when your order ships.
Carriers
We ship with PostNord and DB Schenker depending on the size and weight of the package.
International delivery
We ship internationally. Shipping is priced individually based on weight and destination, so you receive a quote from us. You place your order as usual. The same return terms apply as for orders within Sweden.

Transport damage
We are responsible for the goods until delivery. If the package is damaged upon arrival, report the damage directly to the carrier and notify us within 24 hours.
Return shipping for purchases without vehicle match
If you purchase a product without specifying a vehicle at checkout, or purchase a product marked as "No match", you are responsible for the return shipping if the product needs to be returned.
Return shipping: You arrange and pay for return shipping yourself.
15% administration fee: Applies to returns of products purchased without vehicle matching.
Refund: Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the item.

Uncollected package
If you do not collect your package within the specified time, an administration fee of €40 will be charged to cover our shipping costs.
Core charge (Deposit)
The core charge is a temporary deposit added when purchasing certain remanufactured car parts such as alternators, starters and brake calipers.
How it works:
- The core charge is automatically added to your invoice
- Return your old part within 30 days
- After approved inspection, the core charge is refunded
Requirements for refund:
- The part must be complete and without physical damage
- You are responsible for return shipping
- Must be returned within 30 days of purchase
