Right of withdrawal, warranties and how to proceed
Right of withdrawal — 30 days
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date you received the item. The product must be unused, in new condition and in its original packaging.
How to return:
- Contact us at info@autofrance.se or call +46 42-20 16 20
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to our address in Helsingborg, Sweden:
- By post (you are responsible for return shipping)
- Drop off at a postal service point
- Refund is processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the item
Administration fee: A 15% fee of the product price is deducted from the refund to cover handling costs.
Return shipping: You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to our warehouse in Sweden.
New condition: The item must be returned in new condition and in its original packaging.
Exchanges: You can exchange your item for another product. Contact us and we will help you.
Purchase without vehicle match
At checkout you can enter your registration number to verify that the product fits your vehicle. If you choose to purchase without vehicle matching or buy a product marked as "No match", special terms apply:
No fitment guarantee: Our guarantee that the part fits your vehicle does not apply. The standard product warranty (1 year) still applies for manufacturing defects.
15% administration fee: A fee of 15% of the product price applies to returns of products purchased without vehicle matching.
Return shipping: You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
Refund: Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the item. The 15% administration fee is deducted from the refund amount.
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases applies regardless. We always recommend entering your registration number at checkout so we can confirm the part fits — this way you are covered by our full terms and warranties.
International returns
The same return terms apply for all international orders:
Right of withdrawal: 30 days from receiving the item.
Administration fee: 15% of the product price is deducted from the refund.
Return shipping: You are responsible for shipping the item back to our address in Helsingborg, Sweden. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Refund: Processed within 7 days after receiving and approving the return, in the same currency as the original payment (EUR).

Non-returnable items
The following products are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
- ✕Installed or tested car parts
- ✕Electrical and electronic articles
- ✕Custom-ordered and non-stocked parts
Please note: Custom-ordered, non-stocked parts and electrical articles cannot be returned.
Delivery information
Delivery is normally within 2–5 business days. Free shipping on orders over €430. Read more about shipping & delivery →
Warranty — 1 year
We offer a 1-year warranty on all car parts provided they have been correctly installed according to the manufacturer's instructions.
If a defect was present at the time of delivery, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Damaged or incorrect item?
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
When filing a claim, include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product and the defect
